Privacy & uninstalling Mutter

What Mutter does and doesn’t collect, and how to remove the app cleanly.

Your dictation history lives on your Mac, not on our servers. In Private mode, audio never leaves your machine. Full details are in our Privacy policy.

Uninstalling

1. Quit Mutter from the menu bar (M → Quit).
2. Drag /Applications/Mutter.app to the Trash.
3. Optionally remove Mutter from System Settings → Privacy & Security under Microphone and Accessibility.

To delete your account and the limited data tied to your subscription, use Delete account on the Account screen, or email support@muttervoice.com.
