Billing & subscriptions

Manage your plan, the Founding Lifetime, cancellations, and refunds.

Manage your subscription from the Account screen in the app, or by signing in at muttervoice.com/account. From there you can update your payment method, change plans, or cancel.

Plans

  • Cloud and Private (on-device) are monthly or annual subscriptions (two months free on annual).
  • Founding Lifetime is a one-time purchase for on-device dictation. See Founding terms.

Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the current period. For refund requests or any billing question, email support@muttervoice.com and we’ll sort it out.
